White Hart Inn Moorwood Moor Becky And Jimmy

I seriously do love this Derbyshire wedding venue The White Hart Inn, with it’s rolling hill backdrop views and a lovely pond at the back of the venue the opportunities for creative wedding photography portraits are almost limitless.

Everything here from Becky’s bridal prep all the way through to her first dance was within these lovely grounds, although it was brisk day (I wouldn’t say it was freezing) I managed to capture all their required group photos and portraits outside, the sun was in a great position for every aspect, from the wedding ceremony to family portraits the lighting along these rolling hills was just perfect.

Jimmy was nervous, in fact bless him Jimmy was all sweaty palmed as he stood at the top of the isle awaiting to set eyes on his gorgeous bride Becky.

The lighting in this ceremony room was nothing short of sublime, you literally couldn’t have asked for better lighting conditions during a wedding ceremony, guests were bright eyed and bushy tailed as the stood up to see our stunning bride as she made here walk up the isle.

Their ceremony was soon over and as they both leaned over to seal the ceremony with a kiss as man and wife the emotional guests were spotted making a move for the box of tissues.

Outside the group phots had a stunning rolling hill backdrop within the ground of this lovely Derbyshire wedding venue, the portraits as always were lit up using my Elinchrom ELB1200 flash coming in from camera left, i love this light as it never misses a beat and can keep up with any fast bursts i wish require as I capture the laughter.

Inside we had ample room for their 60 wedding guests and of course the love letters that were pride of place in the corner, Becky and Jimmy’s speeches were after their meal, there was no shortage of smiles and laughter as very proud parents, desman and groom made their speeches.

As with most of my weddings the entertainment was supplied by none other than Derby Magician Paul Grundle, this man is nothing short of awesomeness, I highly recommend him for the banter, his close up magic and just quite simply that wow factor to your wedding.

For the the evening wow photo I put all the lights on at the back of the building and pulled out my small flash guns to get creative with the lighting effects and creative gells.

Thank you everyone for making me feel so welcome, it was a pleasure to capture your wedding memories.
